About the Role

Unifin Inc., a leading U.S.-based collection agency, is looking for a Social Media Reputation Manager to join their growing digital team. In this remote role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and protecting Unifin’s online reputation across platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Reddit, and more.

Your mission? Keep the brand's image professional, compliant, and human by responding to customer reviews and social mentions with empathy, clarity, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Trustpilot, BBB, Yelp, Glassdoor, etc.
• Engage with brand-related conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Craft thoughtful and professional responses to both positive and negative feedback.
• Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports on sentiment, competitor activity, and review trends.
• Ensure all communication aligns with compliance standards (e.g., FDCPA, Reg F).
• Develop and improve processes for timely and efficient monitoring and engagement.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, or community management.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills (U.S. tone and professionalism expected).
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer empathy skills.
• Experience with social media or ORM tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, etc.
• Familiarity with U.S. business culture and customer service standards.
• (Preferred) Background in finance, collections, or regulated industries is a bonus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
• Proven track record of handling customer reviews and public brand perception online.
