About the Role:

Cooper Parry is on the lookout for a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Partners, Associate Partners, and Directors across multiple service lines including Audit, Tax, and BSO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings for senior leadership
- Organise travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with precision
- Organise and support meetings: set agendas, take notes, and track action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Process and manage expense reports for the Partner team
- Proactively anticipate leadership needs and manage priorities efficiently
About You:
You’re a resourceful and self-motivated Executive Assistant who takes initiative and brings order to chaos. You know how to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and support high-level executives with ease.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum: A-Levels (or equivalent)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable organisation and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
