About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts at Creative Chaos. You will develop and execute strategies to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and grow our presence across platforms. You’ll collaborate with different teams to create engaging content and monitor social media performance to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Manage content creation and scheduling across multiple social media platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
- Track and analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Work closely with internal teams to align social media messaging with overall marketing efforts
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of proven experience managing social media, preferably with US-based clients
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends
- Experience developing and implementing effective social media strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design and storytelling
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to shape strategy
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and with a team
- Passion for technology, digital innovation, and social media marketing
Education & Experience (Added)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or Business)
- Minimum 5 years in social media management roles, handling multiple platforms and campaigns
- Experience working with international or US-based clients preferred
