Why This Role Matters

As our Amazon PPC Manager, you will be instrumental in:

  • Scaling existing ASINs profitably
  • Launching new products with campaigns that perform well and stay within budget
  • Ensuring each ad dollar is optimized for ROI and enhancing brand visibility

You will directly influence our growth on Amazon every strategy, every campaign, every optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape the overall Amazon PPC strategy across our product portfolio (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Video)
  • Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns to hit targets (TACoS, ACoS, CTR, CVR, keyword rank)
  • Lead new product launches with precise PPC campaigns and minimal overhead
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve listings images, A+ content, video to support PPC and organic growth
  • Maintain and update SOPs; test new placements, tools, and ad formats
  • Create standard naming structures and campaign organization for easier performance tracking
  • Monitor inventory levels to align advertising pacing, avoid stockouts, and ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Run A/B tests on listing elements (images, video, copy) to boost conversion rates

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years in Amazon PPC / Amazon Advertising role with proven outcomes
  • Industry Experience: Preferably with consumer products or art supply / lifestyle goods, though relevant B2C / eCommerce experience will also be considered
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing, eCommerce management, or advertising are a plus

Work Schedule & Location

  • Full-time remote role
  • Core working hours flexible, though overlap with Operations Director / team may require responsiveness
  • EST hours preferred when coordinating across time zones
