About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Ecommerce Manager to help maintain and grow our online catalog of parts and diagrams. You will play a vital role in keeping our website organized, accurate, and easy to use helping customers find the exact parts they need by model, series, or brand.

If you enjoy working with data, managing detailed product information, and are eager to learn about the hardware industry, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze price books and parts manuals to structure product information accurately
  • Add and update product listings (1,000+ parts per brand) in the system
  • Create model-specific pages and link parts to interactive diagrams correctly
  • Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories
  • Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting features support smooth customer navigation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product and brand details

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance
  • Strong organizational and categorization skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with product databases, catalogs, or technical diagrams
  • Basic knowledge of B2B or hardware-related industries is a plus
  • Comfortable working during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM New York Time)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field preferred
  • Certifications or coursework in eCommerce, product management, or supply chain are a bonus
