What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate confidential travel logistics.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Oversee sensitive client files, project tracking, and document management.
  • Conduct research to support executive decision-making, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Liaise with high-profile clients and candidates to ensure polished, professional interactions.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership workshops, and executive events.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and internal executive initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar senior support role in a corporate or global organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
