Responsibilities & Eligibility
Junior English Teacher (JET)
- Responsibilities: Teach English curriculum, prepare lesson plans, evaluate student work, and deliver instruction using modern pedagogical methods.
- Qualifications: BA/BSc or BS (4-year degree) with B.Ed. (First Division) from an HEC-recognized institution. A one-year diploma in English teacher training is an advantage.
Helper Teacher (Support Role)
- Responsibilities: Assist the main teacher in classrooms, support slow learners, aid with reading/writing drills, and help maintain classroom discipline.
- Qualifications: FA/FSc or equivalent, ideally with PTC or ADE qualification.
Shared Eligibility Criteria:
- Local Requirement: Valid Quetta district domicile essential.
- Age Limit: 18–28 years (relaxation as per government rules).
