Director – Medical & Sports Sciences

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites highly qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the prestigious position of Director – Medical & Sports Sciences. 🔍 Role Overview:

The Director will lead PCB’s efforts in delivering advanced medical, sports science, and performance analysis services across all formats of the game. The primary goal is to enhance player health, minimize injury risks, and improve overall team performance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, or Sports Science from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of sports injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
• Experience with elite-level athletes or sports teams will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and sports science operations for national and regional teams.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including physios, trainers, and performance analysts.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to design individualized performance programs.
• Implement injury prevention and recovery strategies tailored to elite cricket.
